The ATEN CL3116 LCD KVM Switch offers a space-saving, streamlined approach to KVM switch technology by integrating a keyboard, an 18.5" LED-backlit LCD monitor, and a touchpad in a 1U rack-mountable sliding housing. Its short-depth design maximizes space utility for equipping rack-mounting devices in narrow spaces. The exclusive LED illumination light provides users with proper visibility when working in low-light conditions.
This versatile KVM switch can control up to 16 computers, and when cascaded with 16 additional KVM switches, it can manage up to 256 computers from a single console. The Broadcast mode allows commands to be spread across all computers for simultaneous operations, while the Auto scan mode is perfect for continuous monitoring of specific groups of computers.
To enhance information safety, the CL3116 features two-level password security to restrict unauthorized access. Additionally, it includes a hot-pluggable USB mouse port that supports HID devices for keyboard and mouse.
