APC 1-Year On-Site Service
The right people, the right place, the right timeThis service provides APC authorized service personnel at your location within a specified period. It includes parts, internal batteries (if applicable), labor, and travel. Choose from three configurations to meet your needs:
- 1-Year Next Day On-Site Service: Authorized personnel on-site next day, including weekends and holidays.
- 1-Year Next Business Day On-Site Service: Authorized personnel on-site next business day (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
- 1-Year On-Site Service with Best Endeavor Response: Authorized personnel on-site during normal business hours on a best endeavor basis.

- Flexible response times to meet your needs.
Important Points:- Service not available in all locations; consult your local AGS representative.
- One contract per unit or extended battery pack is required.
- Must be purchased before the expiration of the unit's factory warranty.
- Can provide up to 3 years of coverage beyond factory warranty.
