The VE1812 HDMI HDBaseT Extender with Power over HDBaseT (POH) is the perfect solution for connecting equipment in remote locations up to 100 meters using a single Cat 5e / 6 / 6a cable. With the Long Reach Mode enabled, it can extend HDMI signals up to 150 meters at 1080p.
This extender supports RS-232 and IR signaling pass-through, allowing you to control your HDMI source device from the receiver unit (VE1812R) while accessing the HDMI display device from the transmitter unit (VE1812T). The IR signals can be extended in both directions for added convenience.
Featuring Power over HDBaseT, the VE1812 supplies power from the transmitter to the receiver over the same Cat 5e / 6 / 6a cable, eliminating the need for additional power supplies. It is compatible with HDMI (3D, Deep Color, 4Kx2K) and HDCP, ensuring superior video quality for digital classrooms, video conference rooms, gaming, or any installation requiring high-quality video.
