APC Galaxy VS Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) - 30 kVA

The APC Galaxy VS is a highly efficient, easy-to-deploy 30kW, 400V 3-phase UPS designed to provide best-in-class power protection for edge, small and medium data centers, as well as critical infrastructure in commercial and industrial applications. This UPS supports up to 5 smart modular high-capacity battery strings, allowing for customizable battery runtime. It includes a 5x8 start-up service and an additional power module for N+1 redundancy.

Compatible with Schneider Electric's lithium-ion battery solution: Reduces system footprint, weight, cooling, and maintenance requirements while offering double the life of VRLA batteries.
Built-in backfeed protection: Ensures no electricity is sent back to the grid.
Parallel-redundant and capacity capable: Increases system redundancy and total power capacity.
Flexible DC bus: Supports various energy storage technologies including VRLA, Li-ion, and NiCd batteries.
Embedded Network Management Card: Allows remote management and monitoring over EcoStruxure IT, Web, SNMP, or Modbus.
Compact design: High-density technology suitable for confined spaces.
High efficiency in double conversion mode: Maintains power quality at high efficiency, even at low loads.
ECOnversion mode: Ensures ultra-high efficiency while charging batteries.
Robust operation: No power derating up to 40°C (104°F).

Communication is excellent. They confirmed what might be an atypical order. Carried it out, in less time than advertised. (The advertised lead time was long, but written; their actual time to deliver was much less than that.) Their website search function worked well, though they did have an error on one of their website on the pictures, but the description was correct. I pointed this out to them, and they fixed it immediately, and the correction was live on their site the next day, that is responsive (and errors happen). For people, it’s how it goes after a nit that matters, these people seem to get that and work hard and professionally to do business. I am buying again.
