Manage your Smart-UPS
With the APC AP9640 network card, you can connect your APC Smart-UPS (equipped with a SmartSlot) to the network, allowing for remote monitoring and management of the UPS via SNMP, EcoStruxure™ IT, or a web browser. This capability ensures that the UPS can send shutdown signals to multiple physical and/or virtual servers using PowerChute Network Shutdown software.

PowerChute Network Shutdown
This UPS management software protects Windows, Linux, and Host ESXi systems, ensuring proper shutdown of virtual machines during power outages. The preconfigured boot sequence guarantees that systems are turned back on in the correct order.

Remote Management and Monitoring
