Increase the runtime of the APC SMX UPS by connecting external battery packs (SMX48RMBP2U), allowing for several hours of independent emergency power.

Network Management Card
Connect the UPS to your network via the optional APC Network Management Card (AP9640/AP9641) for remote management via SNMP or Ecostruxure IT Expert software. This feature allows for automatic shutdown signals to multiple servers, ensuring a controlled power-off sequence.
