The ABS polymer used in the pump and handle makes it lightweight, strong, rust-resistant and priced less than our metal handle lifter. It is sold alone, and not with a plastic protective carrying case like our other Pump Style Suction Cup Lifters. This keeps the cost as low as possible for our customers.
